CANCELATION POLICY 

There must be 48hrs notice for cancellations, if any less than 24hrs you will be charged the full amount of the cancelled appointment onto or before your next appointment. 

LATE APPOINTMENTS 

If you are more than 10/15 minutes late to your appointment you will have to reschedule.
NO SHOWS 

you will be charged a £15 no show fee onto your next appointment.

AGE LIMIT 

I refuse to lash anyone under the age of 17 due to insurance purposes. Parental consent is needed for lash lift and tint and brow wax and tint if under 16. If you book knowing you are underage for lash extensions you will not receive your deposit back. Policies are here to be read and this is to ensure the safety of clients and business.  Please bring ID with you if your 17 for insurance reasons.
